- Our Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs and, for exchanges, the shipping cost of the replacement item. For all other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping and any additional charges.

- Return Item: Place the item in a secure package along with the original packing slip or invoice.
- Processing: Once we receive the returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days. Please ensure your initial request is submitted within 30 days of order delivery, as we cannot process returns or exchanges after this period.
